Nurturing Business Relationships

Your business requires you to maintain healthy and profitable relationships with multiple set of people. every business owner must nurture their relationship with these 5 most important business relations:Are you excited to know who they are..Lets first understand who they are?? Your Customers? Your Employees? Your Vendors? Your Bankers? Your Mentors/coachesAll of these relationships must be constantly nurtured and looked after. it may happen so that your interaction with each of these set of people is different, but tell me what?s the ultimate aim for creating positive relationships with them?.yes you guessed it right ?building a successful business.

Let?s look at the first one

Your Customers

I am sure most of you there are doing your best to ensure your customer is happy. But I want you to ask yourself these questions, ?Am I really going that extra mile to ensure that my customers has the ultimate positive experience?? Its just not about them being happy with your services and return back to you time and again, you also want them to share their experience with you and your business, you want them to go tell someone else about how much they loved your product / service?right?Constantly ask, ?How can I continue to provide value to my customers? Always always treat them with the utmost respect and do everything in your power to make them happy.

Your Employees

You know finding good employees is tough? and when you have found the best employees do everything in your POWER to keep them. As the Leader of your business encourage a sense of ownership among your employees. giving them the recognition they deserve. A job of a great leader is to inspired and encouraged people to perform to the best of their abilities. Treat them with respect and nurture your employees to love your business as much as you do.. and you?ll find that your business will be much more likely to survive setbacks and grow to great heights.

Your Vendors

Does your business rely heavily on vendors.. Vendors don?t work directly for you but don't forget they service you and your company regularly?.vendors are like"unofficial employees.? and building a solid, trusted relationship with them is important?appreciate what they do for you show them the required respect and attention. Mind you?Never treat vendors as if they're serving you.Nurture your relations with them, should an emergency happen - such as you needing to pay late, or need their services urgently - they will be there for you.Always acknowledge when they have gone over and above and beyond the call of duty to make you happy.

Your Bankers

You definitely don't want to gain a reputation with your bank as someone who doesn't make payments on time.The best way to nurture your relationship with your banker is to make sure you always have enough money in your account to make your monthly payments on time.

Your Mentor / Coach

It's great to have someone to go to when you need that little push. your mentors and coaches are someone who will always tell you the truth, even if you don't want to hear it. They will be your best critique who will not be afraid of pointing your faults, so that your business and you both succeed. Take time to nurture this relationship as well?
